I have been living at these apartments for about 2 years. It was great in the beginning, but then everything went down hill. I pay over $1,500 in rent for an apartment (talk about income based apartments) that is infested with roaches. Before pest control would come in monthly, but have stopped coming. Turns out you have to go in person, and sign up for pest control to stop by your apartment. How did I know that? I asked when I was paying the rent, which you can only do in person.
