I highly recommend Mr. Sussman as a Mediator for several reaosns and the most important of those is his preparation and organization. When he gets hired for a case the emails and phone calls about the case begin shortly thereafter because he wants to be as prepared as any of the lawyers on the case. his is good for the parties and the lawyers because everyone will have to check their Ps and Qs.
