The woman has the beside manner of a viper. She will tell you one thing, and argue that she said another. if you decide to see her, take a witness.
I refuse to see her again. Zero compassion. She is extremely arrogant. She acted like I was stupid when I asked her questions. She did not even make eye contact once. My one and only appointment with her was the worst experience at Mon General I've had.
Dr Heiskell did a colon resection when other Dr advised removing my colon. His staff is fantastic, on a recent visit Carla spent 3 hours with another issue I’m having to diagnose what 3 other Drs have denied, a patient for life
She was the most dismissive, condescending doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. She did not listen to any of my concerns.
Horrible!! She shouldn’t be a doctor. No compassion what so ever and doesn’t listen to her patients.
Dr. Bonfili is a very thorough provider. She listened to all of my health concerns and questions. She is a credit to her field. I am so grateful to MonHealths entire staff and the level of compassion towards patients.
I have been with Dr.Bonfili since 2008! My personal opinion is, I think she is the best! She has helped me through a lot of health problems and she has been there for great mental support when she didn’t have to be! She also takes care of my son with Down syndrome! There are very few Doctors that I trust taken care of my son! We will be with her until the end! So thank you Dr. Bonfili and staff!
