Waited five days for an appointment for a tooth extraction. After two hours in chair Dr. Keyes would not extract the tooth, referred me to another dentist an hour travel time away, and charged $200 for X-rays.

Two and one half hours just to file down one tooth!! Then, charged me $197!! All he tried to do for all that time was sell, sell, sell!!? Won't be back!

I went here when I had a tooth ache- they saw me on the same day and the price was right! Would recommend.

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in! Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, I don't think they cared whether I showed up or not Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern Did you feel safe in this provider's care? No, I was scared Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients
