I was referred to Dr. Burns when a benign tumor that had been partially removed 12 years previously appeared to be growing on a CT scan after years of dormancy. These tumors can very rarely become malignant. My former surgeon was no longer in the area, so I was looking for a surgeon who inspired the same confidence I had had in him.
