I was sent to the BHU in Glens Falls Hospital when I received a call from Laurie Ellis, NP that is located at this place of business telling me she could not take me on anymore. I don't know what she was told but, I do know she doesn't take on individuals who try to commit suicide. Without finding out the truth from and realizing there may have been miscommunication she decided not to keep me as her patient. and I would like it represented that I DID NOT try to commit suicide.
