Doesn't care a bit about customers. Lost a set of my mower blades and didn't seem at all interested in making it right with me. Took 2 weeks to sharpen blades after I was told they'd be ready in "two or three days." Dishonest, uncaring, unfriendly, irresponsible. Go up the street to Steve Myers.
