So easy?! The description starts out with "ITS SO EASY...LOOK...LEASE" this place is not easy. No place is easy. Not when companies own housing that makes it hard for anyone to be approved. You will find that if you wish to live here you will need to make 3 times the rent to be approved at all. If you aren't able to do that you can get a co-signer. Apart-of your world. Love this apartment complex. It's quite and has got me singing "a whole neeeew world." Only problem is there isn't a whole lot of parking. But the views are wonderful along with the managers. They throw parties every now and then. Not to mention they hook you up with a discount on a gym. Kinda expensive, but if you can find a place for cheaper with this quality I'd call you a miracle worker.
