I enjoy our apartment. the noise of the cars driving by is not very pleasing but I understand living right off the road cant get much better. another thing I don't enjoy so much is some of our neighbors slamming the door, its very loud and disturbing but I couldn't tell who is it that doesnt get doors can be disturbing for other people.
Awesome staff and beautiful property Recently visited willamette park and the staff were nothing but helpful and kind and the property was very clean and well maintained definitely one of the best complexes I’ve visited since iv been look for a new place to call home in West salem would definitely recommend to any one looking in the area to stop in

Nice place horrible management Sometime in the past year or two management changed and it has been all down hill since then. I enjoy the apartment complex itself, just don't expect to be able to park easily or invite friends over. Management seems to be gone half the time "helping sister locations." Whenever communications are sent out you feel like a child being lectured, I can respect the need for reminders but the lack of professionalism is quite clear. Horrible management I’ve lived here for two years and do not enjoy it one bit. Management are the special type of people that give themselves 5 star ratings on Google but send emails every week complaining about how difficult their jobs are to residents. You will find more intellect in the dog turds that cover the property than in the management. Our option to sign a shorter lease was revoked this year because management cannot keep the apartments filled and cannot afford to lose more residents. They are inconsiderate and la... read more

Buyer beware Walls are paper thin. You can hear all noise from your neighbors. Not a good place for kids. We were harassed constantly by our downstairs neighbor for walking in our apartment during the day. Management did nothing to help us with our awful neighbors. We left shortly after arriving and found this is a commen occurrence at this place. I believe they are running a shady business practice and trying to collect outrageous early termination fees.
