Had the worst experience there this morning. My 7 year old daughter was there for a filling and already has anxiety surrounding shots and dental work. I discussed this with them when I scheduled the appointment and they were planning on using Nitrous Oxide to help calm her. Dr. Brimhall was clearly bothered by either having to work on a child or work at all today because the way he chose to handle a child is insane. my wife has had bad experiences with dentists in the past and was terrified going in. this office did everything they could to make it a good experience. 2 teeth pulled one surgically and she said they were really good.
I was fortunate to be seen and treated by Dr Armstrong. There was a confusion with a RX I needed and also with my appointment time but he and the staff worked it out for my benefit. He took my anxiety seriously and took extra great care of me. The hygienists, and assistants and office staff that I have been in contact have been wonderful. I will actually finish getting my teeth fixed after this experience. Thanks to everyone who took care of me.

We love Willamette Dental! Dr. Smith & the entire staff are very nice. Due to some meds I take, it’s creating some pretty severe dental issues...Dr. Smith has done a great job explaining what they need to do at the office & what I need to do at home in order to attain the best results & protect my teeth.
