I went in the office as a new patient to have my teeth cleaned and Cara was my hygienist. She did a wonderful job as she thoroughly cleaned my teeth. The office is clean and the staff are pleasant. I would recommend this dental office to a friend.
I was greeted from Cara with a huge smile friendly personality. She made me feel extremely comfortable. While cleaning my teeth she was very professional explaining step by step making me feel relaxed. Meeting Dr Adams was another pleasant experience. I was calling dental offices between Medford and Eugene to have a pair of crowns made. I needed them before am insurance deadline that would have left me footing the bill. I had less than two weeks. The unusual part was they were to be seated on two implants set in newly applied bone grafts that four more months before being ready to accept the crowns. Harvard Dental is an excellent dentistry. I always have a good rapport with all the staff &Dr. Adams. Great check up except I have a cavity! Not good. But will get it fixed in 2 weeks. Have been a patient for 12 years.
Class A dentist office, they make you feel comfortable and Relaxed. Really good people, highly recommend !!
I managed to break my retainer over the holiday & when I called in Monday to schedule an appointment figured it would be awhile. To my surprise Valerie cheerfully got me that same afternoon. As usual I was greeted cheerfully and quickly taken care of my problem. I have only good things to say about this dentist and his entire staff! Definitely the place to go (especially if you are afraid of dentists lol)
