Buyer Beware! Not sure if these guys are still flipping houses, but if you are looking at purchasing a house flipped by The Mickey Group/Mickey Pascarella/Will O'Reilly, be warned they use subpar contractors and inappropriate/inadequate materials. Less than 5 years after buying a house flipped by The Mickey Group, we've had to drop over $37,000 on repairs. The biggest being a roof repair. William did a great job with helping me to market, advertise and get my home sold. He was also great with getting back to me to answer questions and to send me information. I would definitely recommend.
