We went Will's to have batteries changed in 3 watches. We picked them up about a week late and when we got into the car and took them out of the bag, we found that one of the straps was broken! My boyfriend took his watch back in and showed them what we had found. They refused to take any responsibility for the damage and would do nothing to reimburse us.
