Arrived on time and was asked to review paperwork they already had some fields filled in for me. I was taken back to an exam room and had my vision checked against what my glasses were measured at. Yep vision has changed. Next my Opthalmologist came in and did front of eye exam and then applied the eye opening drops so he could examine the back of my eyes. This office is great. Nancy was so helpful and considerate on the phone helping me make an appointment for my mom.
Have been a patient for over 30 years and sent my 12 year old in for her second visit. She didn't get Dr Wilkinson because he was so far booked out and she is having issues seeing the blackboard at school, so her appt was with Dr St Louis. Yes my daughter is very trepidatious about things going in her eye so when it came that time for the drops she started to cry. Awful experience and won't go back. Used to love the staff. Going back after several years with my daughter, I was very disappointed. Long wait times, different pricing from front desk receptionist as compared to check out. Check out women don"t have a clue. Where unresponsive and unknowledgeable. Plain rude they were. Never again.
