Have been a patient for over 30 years and sent my 12 year old in for her second visit. She didn't get Dr Wilkinson because he was so far booked out and she is having issues seeing the blackboard at school, so her appt was with Dr St Louis. Yes my daughter is very trepidatious about things going in her eye so when it came that time for the drops she started to cry. Instead of talking her down from the ledge, like the nice lady did before, they told her to come back when she was ready. Literally told my husband to bring her ba... read more
Awful experience and won't go back. Used to love the staff. Going back after several years with my daughter, I was very disappointed. Long wait times, different pricing from front desk receptionist as compared to check out. Check out women don"t have a clue. Where unresponsive and unknowledgeable. Plain rude they were. Never again.
