All staff is overly polite and friendly; however, that does not compensate the hours spent at the Pontiac office not including this hour when I was completely forgotten. I notice I'm not the only senior unhappy with spending the day "at the office".
Best place to go for any opto needs!! Eric Smith was so helpful and was so easy to talk to. Thank you for the great experience! Very much recommend!
