Treatment. The dentist assistant named Lisa looked at me and said wow when my autistic child refused to go back by himself. I'm not going to take him back there again!

cause of my son get hurt worse by them first time they hit his nerve on wrong tooth then this time he was lefted on gas to long they could not get him to stop bleeding an his jaw is swelled up so bad he can't eat barely open his mouth
I called to set up an appointment to have x-rays for my wisdom tooth to be removed since my face is a little swollen and it’s causing me an absolute fit and the earliest appointment date they had was January of 2019. Which would be fine if it wasn’t something that needed to be took care of earlier than 2 months. I called a local dental agency and they were able to schedule me for x-rays next week, so hopefully this wisdom tooth will be out way sooner than January.
Was not happy with the service I received today, and found out about a bill I had recently been charged because in the past appointments the full amount wasn’t charged, my child is the one paying for their mistakes and I don’t feel that is right.
I can't say enough positive about the mobile dental clinic. They come to Wilkes Senior Village and have made such an improvement in the overall oral health of our residents. It is so convenient to take the residents outside to the mobile unit instead of offsite to a dentist. Thank you so much!
