As an old meat cutter I know my meats and only through a Market like this can you truly get good meats. Most of your supermarkets serve standard which is a Cheap cut. It has to be Choice or Prime to truly be good. Wonderful, friendly people and great meats. Well worth by passing the supermarket for the Good Stuff !!! I'll never grill without them !
The quality of meat is just so much better than anywhere else! We have bought steaks, roasts, chicken and each time are amazed at how much better it taste than supermarket meat. Service is awesome too, they treat you like family.
