Have been buying my fresh meat here for years and tried their homemade chicken salad for the first time this weekend. OMG! JUST like my Grandmama used to make...chicken finely shredded, just the right amount of mayo and relish. De-lish! And the deviled eggs...just like I make 'em! I'll be in every week to stock up for lunches!
I like shopping there and I like their product. You can ask for tips on how to smoke something or grill something and they are happy to tell you. I will drive out of my way just to go to Wilkes to get my steaks
