This business is the worst place I have ever encountered. I dropped off my ATV for some transmission work and they've had it for 18 months. They never called to update, they never answered when I called, the only way I could get any information was if I drove there and talked to them in person and at one point they lost the work order and didn't even know who the ATV belonged to. Lots of knowledge and help. They will not waste your time and will be honest when something is not worth fixing or replacing is more economical. I could have kept pouring more money into my old generator. I should have bought a better brand in the beginning. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Thanks for all the help and I love my new Winco.
