The previous manager of Shiloh on Oak (in Springdale, AR), Kelly Taylor, who is currently employed with Wilhoit Properties, came on property Friday, Nov 18, and started a fight with a resident's guest. She used physical violence on his person, as well as attempted to damage his vehicle. This is extremely unprofessional. I am glad a new company took over this property. A police report has been made and the resident is pressing charges. I hope you employ people better than her.
apartments were really spacious and nice, manager really nice and helpful will fix and help us out right away.
