After I asked my realtor to put my property up for lease as well as for sale because I was in desparate financial need and was told yes, I found out over a month later it wasn't put up for lease at all. I explained that I just can't afford something like that happening, especially with that being their only job, and that I'd like to move on from Wilhelm and Associates respectfully and seek real estate representation elsewhere.
