Set up for appointment, needed tests, and staff involvement was excellent.
Everything was excellent, starting with the customer service at check-in. The lady who checked my blood pressure was very friendly and had a great, upbeat attitude. Dr. Wiley D. Truss is knowledgeable, greeted me with a friendly smile, and was ready to answer any questions I had.
Everything in Dr. Truss's office operates efficiently, and there is no "waste motion" from staff or medical professionals. Everyone seems to know their role and performs extremely well, and there is unit-integrity in the way that everyone works together; almost with a military-like precision; and I really appreciate the redundancy of the questions from each staff member along the way, leaving little to no room for errors in the procedure to be performed, AND reducing the potential for any other mix-ups. I have had great experiences with Dr Truss. He is very pleasant, kind and thoughtful. I feel that he genuinely cares about me as a person. When he does an endoscopy and colonoscopy on me he always puts me at ease and provides good feedback on what these tests revealed. Office visits are also great. He listens to me and provides well throughout answers to my questions. Would recommend him to anyone.
