Without a doubt this was the best home purchasing experience I've had from beginning to end. Wil was phenomenal. She was well versed in the current market trends and coached us through the entire process. Her knowledge and skillset helped us navigate getting a mortgage loan, home appraisal, buyer negotiation for repairs and successful closing process. She also facilitated the sale of our current home seamlessly. The overall experience was exceptional.
