all in all its not a bad place to live....maintenance is excellent in my opinion.....They do seem to go through alot of property mgrs for one reason or another.....
these apartments are a great place to live especially if you are just starting out on you r own
A lot of improvments have been made like exterior painting, repaving of parking lot, new kitchens cabs. upgrading the landscape, replacing carpeting in many of the units, and tree trimming for better lighting at night. They also keep the grounds picked up which is very nice. The dumpster areas are fenced in and kept clean. The residential community has a nice mix of people. Stop by and just drive around the property and get a feel for the area. Its also accross the street from Westveiw Hospital. Overall its not bad.
