Ordered Waitr. Missing avocado on one pizza, missing jalapeño on another pizza, and missing basil on another pizza. Quan refused to refund for items because we didn’t take a picture. Back and forth between Waitr and restaurant. Poor customer service from Wildwood.

Hi Myra. We are sorry you had a bad experience. Waitr is requesting photos from customers. Waitr is the company that issues the refund as we are not paid when the transaction occurs. We are paid at a later date by Waitr.
RecommendedForever my go to pizza place.Just had their cauliflower pizza crust for the first time. I used Waitr, and after trying the pizza I had to call the restaurant to make sure they actually used cauliflower crust, because I genuinely couldn’t believe it. It was THAT GOOD!
called them to tell them that our pizzas were messed up. And they proceeded to tell me that there wasnt anything they could do because we ordered it through waiter. But we went into the restaurant and picked up the pizzas because it was $20.00 cheaper to go and pick it up. How is it Waiters problem that you cant read the order?
Customer service is always A-1. Not only is the pizza amazing & completely customizable, but they are a local, small business that buys some ingredients from other small businesses in the area. I love that support. After meeting the owner, I can see they have a genuine heart for the community, which is cool to see. I love their thin crust style pizza & that nobody else's pizza is like Wildwood's! Support this Cenla gem!!

This pizza is the best i have found locally! My favorite is Chicken pesto, but there many others greats as well. Great staff and nice atmosphere. It would be great if it was a tad larger. Always a packed house.

I am so happy we have a place like Wildwood in town! The pizza is beyond delicious and an absolute favorite of mine. I love that they have specialty pizzas to choose from, but I also love that you can make your own! If you’re looking for something delicious, try the Hit the Quan pizza. I add pepperoncini peppers to mine, just to have a little extra kick. No matter what you get, you will not regret choosing Wildwood, I promise.
