Had an awesome experience today... The whole team from Pre-op through floor discharge were very compassionate, caring & professional... Very clean facility, pleasant atmosphere, great people
the nurses are nice n great gals. I think the doctors over price when using robotic assistants. take for ever for discharge. my surgery was at 1145am had to there by 945am glad I got there at 9am. had yo sign a paper then waited not very long went back n back got prepped. being discharged was about as molasses on a cold winter day. no joke, no one had a clue of what was going on. they thought I was staying the night some thought I was going home. lack of communication on the doctors with the nurses.
