I left the unit early to move for a job. Not only did they double dip by charging me to the end of my lease and renting it to someone else, they sent me my final bill and before it was due, sent me to collections. I dont expect much from greedy apartment management companies but this was overkill. By the way, I had no complaints when I was there and paid rent every month on time. No loyalty amongst thieves. Good luck to you if you rent here.

This apartment complex is a subpar at best. The "newly renovated units" are 30 year old apartments with a crumbling structure that have new countertops and a fresh coat of paint. The image that the front office is selling is inaccurate to say the very least. We have lived here for two years and it has been a construction zone the entire time. We have been residents at Emerald Palms apartment homes for over 3 years. I have seen people come and go, but we have stayed. There is just some thing about this place that makes you feel at home. Perhaps it’s the management that has always made us feel like an integral part of this community. Dont live here. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. Everything is broken all the time. There is one elevator that is broken at least once a week. The water gets turned off once a week. You might get notified but probably not. Everyone in the office is rude and not helpful. They have no idea whats going on and there is a new person working every week, with obviously no training. If I could leave 0 starts I would. One of the worst experiences I ever had in my entire life. Looks can be very deceiving and the unit I had looked nothing like what I had seen online. Let me save you the future trouble, DO NOT RENT HERE! I would rather live outside then to stay here. I just recently moved in and The Livingston has exceeded my expectations. Tamar and Ruth were awesome with the whole application and move in process. Maintenance is solid and comes out to repair issues very quickly. My unit was in pristine condition when I moved in. The updates look very modern and are well done. Great location. Quiet community.

Great ready for BS. This place is the biggest rip off!! My sons lived here one year, and when they left they were charged $90 for painting, $150 for cleaning, and $69 for a new ceiling fan!!! First of all my sons only lived there one year and never put up one picture. The paint was pristine when they left!!! Secondly we put up a brand new ceiling fan to replace the piece of crap that they had up. Thirdly we cleaned the place very well before leaving!! These apartments are crowded, THERE IS NO PARKING!! I have lived here since 2013, and it's a wonderful place to call home at a very reasonable price. The best part of living here is that it is a true community of good people and the staff is extremely professional and helpful. I wanted to specifically recognize Brie for her welcoming personality and over the top exceptional service!
