I lived at Wildwood for 3 years and just recently moved out. I absolutely love the staff at Wildwood. They have been very helpful with everything. Excellent place to live and very accommodating.

My son lived there in apartment 110. But since it was under his girlfriend's father, he was put into financial ruin illegally. No eviction proceedings, nothing. All illegal in the state of Florida. This is not over. Apartment/condo 110. I'm "legally" coming for all of you.
It’s quiet out there. The office seem nice at first to get you to moved in. Make sure you look at the apartment very closely before moving in. A lot things I didn’t notice at first, stuff start coming up like leaking pipes, mold, water spots under carpet. They will replace carpet. Maintenance people take there time on fixing things I waited two before I decided to moved to the mold issue and water line issues no one never came. I recently moved from Wildwood Apartment two months ago. It was the most horrible experience ever. The maintenance personnel were terrible, never coming to fix anything, and all they ever did was ride around on the golf cart doing nothing. The floors were a hot mess. N management is a hot mess.
