Even in in climate weather Nathan came out and patched a hole in our chimney where rodents had entered. I was very impressed.
Very disappointed when Doug showed up Saturday with no ladder after I made it clear when I called in that one would be necessary. However, very impressed and pleased with the quality and performance of Jon W. who came prepared, quickly analyzed the problem and offered a solution at a fair price. Send Jon W (slim) out the first time if I call again. Great representative of your company!
The workers are friendly & always have a positive attitude. The only problem is... The squirrels keep finding some way to get back into our attic, & our warranty is only for 1 year! We had to borrow the $2500.00, & we may still have squirrels in our attic at years end. At least the guys from Wildlife X are good to come out every time we call them during this year.

The scheduling and showing up on time was perfect. The inspection was very good walk trough everything. Everything was explained properly. Pricing was more or less okey.
