An absolute scam! We had heard some scratching in the walls and then a bad smell. I was away at work so my wife called Wildlife X Team in Keller Texas. The tech Shawn Fillmon inspected the home and by the time he was finished explaining the situation to my wife he had her convinced we were ground zero for the next biblical plague. It was ridiculous using words like contamination and infestation. He told her this exaggerated story and then quoted her over $8,000 dollars. Your Techician Jerry was absolutely the best! Very professional and patient.
Nathan did a great job but could've cleaned up a little better and should've told us the windows were open which caused a mess inside. Back office needs some help! Been waiting for a final invoice and can't understand the guy in the office.
