This was my first visit to an Osteopath and I was so happy with my treatment. First of all, Catherine is very patient and uses the initial appointment to help with education (which is always helpful when you're going through an injury). She is a pain specialist and she really knows her stuff. She gave me such a thorough exam and even got to the bottom of one of my injuries, which was so helpful. Her approach is holistic. She is absolutely excellent and I would recommend her to anyone.
Catherine is very skilled in helping me feel connected to my body.
