Honest review would be that the price is middle of the road, the location is good, but the maintenance and office staff were unhelpful. In other apartments, I have not had to make as many trips to the office or submit as many requests to get things accomplished. Additionally, on move out there were charges which were unexpected & unexplained. There are better places to live in Birmingham.

I enjoyed living at wild forest but when I moved out they charged me for damages that they could not explain. When I asked about them, they would not provide further information and would not waive the charges. While I enjoyed the apartment overall, I would favor living somewhere else in hindsight.

Maintenance department is incredibly unresponsive as is the front desk. Understaffed. It took 2 weeks to investigate suspected black mold noted upon move in (it was mildew but still alarming). Next, the bathroom sink is clogged - 1 week later, no response or assistance. Unresponsive to multiple calls. The financial payment system is NOT user friendly. Would avoid this apartment conplex.

My tour was great! The office staff was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The community looks well-kept and inviting definitely a place worth checking out!
