I showed her a picture of what I wanted my hair to be cut like and she delivered. It look better then I excepted. She even fit me in on short notice. She was friendly and kind. I will 100% be returning. Thank you so very much
I went in with a clear reference photo for a long layered, face-framing haircut but the result was very different. The cut I received is mostly one-length with minimal layering, lacks volume, and doesn’t have the face-framing shape I asked for. This isn’t just a styling issue ,the structure of the cut itself doesn’t match the requested look, so it can’t be recreated at home and was not uniform.
