This place has gone down hill over the years. Management is terrible. Office worker that don't work and can't dress for the job. They don't put money into the building, but they have no problem with raising everyone rent. It takes this place forever to fix any problems around here. Real bad on bug's. Not every single apartment will not get sprayed for bugs so it's a constant problem. The new washer and dryer can be difficult to use. Sometimes they work but sometimes it doesn't. I tried again and it didn't work this time either. It's faster to go to another floor and do laundry. Just so you know, I have years of experience working computer help desk. There too many steps to wash clothes, and the instructions are not enough to simplify the process.
The building is not being maintained the way it should be. The garage and the entrances to the garage from within the building and also the garbage chute area are very dirty. Also, it would be good to have more activities for the residents, such as a weekly chair yoga class and a regular weekly exercise class.

Wonderful location. Getting use to the doorways. I love the view from the 4th floor. I had to invest a whopping $25.00 to do laundry on the app. Oh well it should last a while.
