Jose is Great! He went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you Jose!
Martin and the rest of the management team go above and beyond the call to provide an excellent living environment. There are numerous events and activities provided. The management team is very friendly and very supportive. Update on August 9, 2024. I cannot thank Martin and his team enough for their superb management of Wildflower Terrace. This place has gone down hill over the years. Management is terrible. Office worker that don't work and can't dress for the job. They don't put money into the building, but they have no problem with raising everyone rent. It takes this place forever to fix any problems around here. Real bad on bug's. I tried again and it didn't work this time either. It's faster to go to another floor and do laundry. Just so you know, I have years of experience working computer help desk. There too many steps to wash clothes, and the instructions are not enough to simplify the process.
The building is not being maintained the way it should be. The garage and the entrances to the garage from within the building and also the garbage chute area are very dirty. Also, it would be good to have more activities for the residents, such as a weekly chair yoga class and a regular weekly exercise class.
