Very kind and understanding. Took care of my issue in the most personal way possible. Thank you so much.
This building is about 14 years old. And it is really starting to show its age. The exterior woodwork is falling apart. Metal doors do not close correctly. The hallway carpets have never been commercially cleaned. Dog stains everywhere! I can go on and on... DMA made one good choice...LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...Now is a good time for DMA to sell this bldg.

I am NOT enjoying my residence here now into my fourth year. I want to come out to your office and have a face to face meeting with someone that CARES. Someone Still needs to Fix the Business Center ( the printer hasn't worked in in over three years). I have called corporate and I was NOT impressed with the response I received. Also, residents need to be more respectful of our courtyard area...AND I have been harassed. Please change the pets policy Now.
