Wonderful location. Getting use to the doorways. I love the view from the 4th floor. I had to invest a whopping $25.00 to do laundry on the app. Oh well it should last a while.
It has been a month since I moved in, and several maintenance issues that were present when I moved in still need to be addressed. Whenever I follow up, Jenni, the maintenance manager, says that the team is focused only on A/C and flooding issues. As a new resident, this is concerning. If A/C failures and flooding are frequent enough to consume all of the maintenance staff's time, it raises questions about the overall condition and upkeep of the property. Jose did a great job fixing the A/C, I just wish he had also changed the A/C filter to complete the job.
The person in charge of scheduling maintenance for the complex needs to pay closer attention to the requests being made. Out of sheer goodwill, I reported that the lights in Stairwell #4—on both the first and second floors—were not working, instead, they sent the maintenance employee to my apartment, where all my lights are working just fine. We need someone in the office who does their job properly—not halfway. Thanks
