You took me on as a new client with a rather large problem caused by another practice, and a time frame restriction as well. You not only got me in immediately, but the work you performed was beyond what I had hoped to accomplish. Where another gave me monster teeth, you gave me back my professional smile. Ever since I started seeing Dr. Griffin, I have enjoyed my dental visits and actually look forward to my cleanings. They are prompt, quick with the service, and very friendly. Dr. Griffin has always listened to my problems and addressed them in a reasonable manner. Their facility is clean, with almost a "spa" type of feel to it. A+ all the way!
I know Ashley was new.She seemed tired and not as friendly as usual staff.I spoke to her and asked how long she had been there and she relaxed more and loosened up.I know my children are a handful but could tell she wasn't super kid friendly but with more training she would be great.Their cleanings were done well just saying this as usually the hygienists are super awesome with children.Thanks for everything just my personal opinion.We love you all. Ashely was was "temping" here. We were in search for the perfect hygienist and we probably had 15 different hygienists come thru to see if they were the perfect fit. Ashley was not hired. I WOULD RATE THIS PRACTICE AS A HIGH FIVE! I have been to dental offices in NJ, Michigan, Connecticut, SC, and London. Dr. Griffin and his staff provide services that far exceed every dental experience I have received.
Dr. Griffin - great! Hygienist, Billing?? I guess you are between hygienist and while the temp that was there did a great job, I felt she was really nervous and her hand was shaking a little. I am sure she was nervous, I know I would be too. Also, I don't understand the billing. My insurance provider tells me that if the agreed upon amount between you and them is $25 and you submit $30 and they pay 100% of the agreed upon amount of $25 then you are not to charge me the $5.
