I would like to have the dentist/dentist assistant to explain what it is that they are doing/going to do while I am in the chair. They seem more interested in chatting with each other. Question 3: There seems to be a difference in the written cost proposal and what I have been told after the first of three visits.

Mr. Falter - You are such an awesome patient. We do try to make the experience "un-dental-like" - so we like to talk about tv and movies, etc to keep you mind off of the dentistry. At your next visit it will be ALL about the technical things we do! No problem. There is a difference in the written proposal and what you are actually paying. You are paying less than the quote! Great Staff, very patient with me and my corky ways. :)
I am am extremely nervous (actually terrified) patient who's anxiety level is about a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. For the first time in approx. 10 years, I actually was awake(not sedated) during a visit. This is due to Lauren and Dr. Griffin treating me with the utmost respect in regards to my dental fear. By Lauren handling me with such care and acknowledging my fears put me at ease. You're great!
