I've lived in this park before, and visit daily now. I would Defintely recommend living out here. * small town school * quiet friendly neighbors * friendly office staff * pet friendly
I lived here when i was in high school and moved back 7 years ago with my family because i loved it then, and still do. I have only had minor issues that i would've had any place else. I feel safe here and would live here rather than anywhere else in Decatur. Yes, there are a lot of run down trailers that need fixed up or moved out, but they are working on that. I feel that if someone has a huge issue with petty things like that... MOVE OUT!! I love it here and everyone that i personally know here feels the same!!
Been living here since 2006. Love it here. The ladies at the office are great! Have an issue or a question you call them and they will get it done! A-O School district is great. Long term or just starting out on your own this is place to live.
I have lived out here since 2002.. I love my home, my lot, the fact that it has the cheapest lot rent out of all the mobile home park in town. And the ladies who run the park are very nice and probably have the patience of saints.
I have lived here for over three years. It's not the park, it's the people. Some people think it's okay to live like trash just because it's a trailer park. When people don't pay their rent they can't just take out all the junk trailers in a matter of days. It takes time and money. I believe christy and Jami are doing a wonderful job trying to get this place the best place around again. I have never felt safer in a place then I do in this one.
