My daughter lives here at wilderheaven and she rents. She is always on time with her rent never late. She pays almost 700 a month. She has been having issues with her floor it is falling down. Myself and Brandy have tried to get them to fix the floor and they keep giving her and me the run around. It is dangerous and she has kids. They seem to not care. But yet they want there money. .
