I had a new roof put in 2014 by this company. I replaced my roof preventively never had a leak. The first rain after the roof was done I had a wet spot on my ceiling in the dining area. I called the company and they came out and repaired it. Mind you this was their error. After the repair was completed I still had a wet stain on my dining room ceiling. They came out to measure and give an estimate to Cool Coat my roof but never e-mailed the quote. It's been 2 weeks. I haven't and won't call them because I don't feel I should chase a company down to give them my business.

The work done removing and replacing the roof shingles looks very professional. The job was complete in two days and the clean up was good. After the first good rain, we had a small leak appear in the roof of our patio. **** responded quickly and tried to repair it. It took two more rains and two more calls to **** to find it, but he did get it fixed. During the removal of the old shingles, the pounding on the roof caused cracking in the ceiling of my garage. Just had my tile roof replaced (AUG'18). Wildcats uses top quality materials and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Their price is very reasonable. I would recommend getting an estimate from them if you need roof work.

Ill never use them again and will make sure none I know do. They ignored calls and emails requesting a quote. Then weeks later once they provided a quote, never responded to the follow up calls or emails to do the work. I had to repeated call them to get the process started. When the workers arrived, none knew what they were doing except pulling and replacing some hot mop patio top. I had to leave work and call the supervisor to ensure work went as agreed. Upon needing new shingles for a 20 year old mobile home, we searched the internet and decided on Wildcat based on their top ratings, and final quote. They lived up to their rating. Through both the estimate process and shingle work, they were very easy to deal with. Respectable, helpful, courteous, beat other pricing. 1st day: 7:00-4:30. This crew of 5 men with a foreman made quick work out of this job. Removal of existing coating, replaced 3 ply sheets with initial mop-coat. Done. First day hauled a "tar bucket" with a crew of approximately 5 men that included a foreman. Our home - an 1,888 sq ft flat roof was completed in 3 days. Last two days the crew was here for about 2 hours per day to finish. Owner came on Saturday to power wash any tar dust & debris.
