The equipment is top of the line; the trainers are knowledgeable and kind, truly tailoring to the goals and abilities (important distinction) of their clients; the owner is available for questions, concerns, requests, and advice; staff is friendly and courteous. The largest complaint I can draw up, is there is no place for me to place a mattress to just move in.
