Our sauces are made in house for the most part and are not your typical straight-off-the-shelf hot sauces. Back in February, I placed a order for wings. When I got home, the wings tasted as though they’ve been sitting out (it was so hard) and thrown back into the grease to refry then tossed with sauce.
This place is wonderful. Reminds me of the local hometown places back home in the south. They clearly have a blend of Alaskan style/pride and aviation/military pride (without being over the top) from the antique memorabilia, to the fully displayed POW MIA flag.
