This Alaskan owned National Franchise restaurant is fast casual dining. Everything is made to order. We feature over 10 flavors of crispy hot wings. Our sauces are made in house for the most part and are not your typical straight-off-the-shelf hot sauces. Very good wings and cheesy fries, the owner and staff are very friendly!
Great place! Food was served hot and came out very quick. The service was great and the food was delicious! Best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had, highly recommend.
The wings were great and the owner who was working cashier was very involved with everyone that came in. He was trying to maximize their experiences. Service can take around 10-15 minutes because everything is made fresh. The sauce names were original but I wish they had a brief description. I'll be interested to see how hours crew preforms the next time I go if he isn't around.
Being our first time in the restaurant started off great, the service seemed promising. We ordered our meal and got our drinks. We waited over 40 minutes before having to leave. We were brought the wrong order twice only to be told sorry it's coming. Two groups of 5 or more plus a couple of 5 or less came in after us and got their meals pretty quickly. Finally we gave up and left after (hopefully) getting refunded being told our meal was coming right now. NOPE, nothing. We will not be visiting again.
I don't know why people be hating they have great food, excellent customer service!! owner really cares about the guests.
The wings were so very disappointing! They lacked sauce and flavor. The fried pickle was awesome and the fries were good but they don't make up for the $80 I wasted buying the 100 wing pieces for my family of 7. I had heard great things about the wings but was definitely let down.
Not impressed. Every wing place I've been in to, celery comes with. I had to pay a dollar for 6 little slivers of celery. Literally maybe a half of a single stock of celery. Ridiculous. The wings were so-so, sandwich so-so. Ordered cheese fries, came with no cheese. I'll stick with wings n things on Arctic.
OMG, I LOVE LOVE the chili and lime wings!! It's a quick in and out after the movies (or before if you have the time). If they had punch cards, our family would clean up with the discount!
