If management understood crisis management even a little, they would have fired the offending manager immediately. Okay, if you want to rehire him in a month or two, you can probably get away with it, but for now, someone has to lose their job. This is an unacceptable action in this day and age.
I don't like ANYTHING they are RACISTS and treat Blacks like it's the pre-Civil Rights movement!! NO ONE deserves to be blatantly discriminated against!!! I would NEVER support them or encourage anybody else to do so. They should be shut down, or the management should be forced to take racial sensitivity courses!
this franchise owner should also be reported to the corporation - this should be against their corporate policies and this franchise owner should risk losing their license
