We used to love coming here for a casual dinner, but the last three times we've been, my gluten-free burger has been delivered lukewarm. I sent it back the first two times, but the third time in six months means we won't be returning. Service has always been great, but the kitchen needs work.
I hadn't been in quite some time and was really looking forward to a great burger. It was so disappointing to find the burger was terrible. It was tastless and overcooked. The only good thing was the pickles are still the same and the band was great.

Great crew burgers are awesome and eclectic mix of entertainment you need to go there.

My 1st experience tonight, and I’m afraid it’ll be my last. Rude staff taking the takeout order, and food was neither edible nor presentable. I threw everything out. Ordered the steak/mushroom/cheese sandwich, sweet potato fries and the appetizer platter. Steak was dry, hard, and only tasted like blood? The bread was burned, and the cheese was nowhere to be found. The appetizers looked like they were leftovers from other tables and tasted bad. The fries were burnt.
another horrible attempt at lunch Sat for 20 minutes being ignored, did not even get to order drinks. Table next to us got seated and had order taken within 3 minutes. I had to call from my table to get service and then was told there wasn't enough waitstaff. I left. Go back to ordering at the counter, it worked just fine...

You could have certainly ordered at the counter for express service during standard weekday lunch hours. If we didn’t communicate that when you entered, we sincerely apologize. We hate disappointing our guests, so it’s painful to hear that we dropped the ball during your visit. 🙁
Very disappointed. Arrived and was seated immediately. Then we proceeded to sit for 15 minutes without any staff interaction. At this point myself and the other person with me got up to leave. No one said one word to us on the way out. Have been here in the past and was always fast service and great food. Although it was dinner time it was not that busy.
Very nice root beer. Theirs a lot of good options. The fries are very delicious. Some nights they even have music! I really recommend this to anyone that wants a nice and chill night out.
I am celiac, and used the find me GF app. as we were traveling through the area, i was surprised and they had a full menu of items i could have!!! and they were very knowledgable let alone the food was amazing!!! wish this was closer to meee!
