Very friendly people and had the opportunity to meet Mr Jimmy Russell - Master Distiller The flight of Bourbon was very tasty!
Had a wonderful time and Bubba was a very good tour guide. We enjoyed the tour so much that we bought three bottles of your upper end bourbon.
The your guide did not provide info. The questions prompted the information. Everything was behind Windows. We had a small group, yet we were unable to see much. One thing was glossed over because Eddie was in the room with other people. No history given. Sad. Not going back or recommending. The girl who we got the tickets from on the otherhand was priceless. Friendly and funny.
Got to meet Jimmy Russell and he signed my bottle of 10 years old Russell's. He had some great stories and a passion for being a master distiller. Jimmy is the longest tenured Master Distiller.
Nice tour, friendly staff, great views of the area.. dod wish the tour was longer and more detailed.. overall a good time.
Decent tour, great value, but as others have pointed out there are other tours on the Bourbon Trail that are much better.
A great traditional bourbon. One of my 100 favorite bourbons.
Eddie Russell was a absolute blast to hang with. Talking with him about bourbon, family, Kentucky history, as we walked around the beautiful countryside was a treat. Getting to pull and taste whiskey straight from the barrels was a delight. Thanks for that Rye!!! Highly recommend! Keep doing the good work guys.
