Really enjoyed the tour given by a very informative guide and the tasting was very eye opening as well!! I learned a great deal about the art of bourbon making and the unique heritage we share as Kentuckians. Highly recommended in my humble opinion!
Took a tour and our guide was Sarah! She was great, very thorough, and they have a great police discount!! 10x better than four roses distillery and tour.
The tour was a lot of fun and enjoyable! It's located in a beautiful part of Kentucky. The tasting was great! I had never tried Wild Turkey before, but am now a convert. I highly recommend visiting Wild Turkey's distillery.
This tour was great, even better for Veterans. I don’t know if it was just for Military Appreciation Week, but the tour was free. It included a tasting at the end, and a free glass. The tour itself was really interesting. My only warnings would be that there were a number of stairs at the beginning, and it was really hot. But it did smell really good.
Our guide, Bubba, was excellent. We learned so much about the process of making Wild Turkey. We were also able to meet the master distiller, Jimmy Russell, and his wife. The tasting after the tour was a highlight. It was an all around enjoyable experience.
We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide Bubba was very informative and loved his stories. Added bonus of meeting Jimmy Russell and having him sign a bottle.
Kudos to a brand that is world wide but still has a family touch. Jimmy Russell is just amazing...
