I’m am following up with you to share the disappointing experience we had last evening at Wild Salsa. Despite me confirming our reservation with you yesterday- we arrived at the restaurant to find that the manager on duty had no idea that we were arriving. The 2 rooms we discussed were occupied- and the manager on duty made it clear they didn’t have room for us. I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at Wild Salsa. We waited nearly two hours for food and drinks, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. Even worse, one of our guests has life-threatening food allergies, which we clearly communicated to the waitress and asked for a manager’s involvement — yet no manager ever came. Very rundown. It is a shame that an historical landmark does not get funding. It is a drain on the family to maintain the fidelity of the house. The owner had kept it in its original condition, but everything is showing great wear.
