this was my first time booking with a new stylist / salon and i’m SO happy & thankful that i did!! for the appt, i booked w/ Shanna and she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole time 🥰 she also answered literally all of my questions about my hair and even spent the time to teach me how to properly diffuse it ! Shanna made sure i felt confortable and recommended three products for me to use in my routine, which i’ve been using consistently and i can definitely see the results — thank you Shanna :) ♥️♥️
I truly had the best salon experience at Wild Rose I have ever had. Shanna is incredible. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and comforting as a person and stylist! Wild Rose has a great vibe (her dog, Caboose, also helps!) and the intentional store design was lovely. I went to Wild Rose to donate my hair (20 inches!) to Wigs for Kids. Shanna has created such a beautiful, professional, and welcoming space! I have been going to her for years and her customer servicing and passion for hair is unmatched. She is the sweetest soul and ALWAYS has a smile on her face. I recently scheduled with Natalie and was so impressed and obsessed with the service and the results. Natalie is so kind and it’s obvious that she loves what she does. I’ll never go to another salon. We love ambitious, talented, professional women!!!!
I had such a great experience with Natalie! Not only did she give me an amazing haircut that I absolutely love, but she was also so warm, friendly, and welcoming the whole time. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the result. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their experience.
