I’ve experienced 5 salons in Victoria and finally found Wild Oak and Kaitlin. Her cuts are always perfect and she has nailed my color. I’ve never been happier with a cut and color. I’ve been to Kaitlin 3 times. Great little salon. Friendly and dedicated to customer care.
All of the ladies here are absolutely lovely, so welcoming and friendly! Sarah is such an amazing stylist and person, and Gina is the absolute best esthetician I’ve ever had!

The ladies here are so friendly. They really care about their clients. Sarah is amazingly talented at hair and great at determining what cut and colour suits your face shape. Gina is so lovely for mani/pedi appointments, and has such a great attention to detail.
Amazing experience with Kaitlin!!! I have never had someone work on my hair who has been so educated in both hair health and colour formulation. She is able to maintain the integrity of my hair while nailing the look I am going for every single time.
