Recently, I found out I've had a little more beef jerky than the average guy because of the time I spent in the military. There was a time in my life when we were tasting beef jerky the same way people like to taste wine. It was real. Hint of pepper here, possibly too much teriyaki on the fat, just the right salt bite.
